I have a Franklin Mint Plate, Silver Landing of Columbus, circ. 1974, was wondering what it was worth?

It's a limited edition of 1000, came framed in a walnut case. I do know my grandpa paid $250. 00 for it back then. I didn't want to take it out of the case until I knew more. If anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated. Thanks!
