The children are picking up the bricks from the wall and one of them picks up a molotov cocktail and empties it. I want to know the meaning behind the children and why they are in the movie.

They represent a new age is coming. The children in the movie are the next generation. They are cleaning up the area. Kind of like the new generation is going to make the country better.
