Ideas on creation of room decor.?

Here's the deal.
I just moved into my parents' old bedroom which is way larger than the previous miniature room that I used to live in.
Everything I had in this previous room is now spaced out, especially the items that were on the wall.
I'm looking for ideas on things to create for room decor, like the four-tin-cans-in-a-row flower holder.
They need to be homemade, seeing as how I have only $11.00 to work with.

You can frame cute scrapbook paper.There are so many varieties of paper. Hobby Lobby is very reasonably priced. You can maybe find frames at your house or go to a thrift store and look. Good luck!
