What would be the best straightener for thick curly hair? What brand, plate width, temperature, etc.?

I would like to know people's opinion on what's the best brand, what plate width, the weight etc. I am willing to pay up to $140. I own a cheaper Baby bliss Pro and I find it takes ages to straighten my hair compared to my friend's straighteners and it leaves my hair fluffy and frizzy. I am currently looking at the SEDU or SOLIA but I'm not sure which model to purchase. Any advice would be helpfull!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks

Hey I have thick curly hair and I use GHD salon stylers which are especially for thick afro/curly hair. They're really good, in the UK about £110 but I don't know anywhere else I'm afraid. If you wanted to get a different brand go for a heat adjustable one with thicker plates, this will make it so you can get the optimum temperature for your hair, and the thicker plates will be quicker to use.
