Does anyone know what this Italian metal mark means?
I have two floral prints in oval metal frames that are vintage and have a sticker attached to them that say "Made in Italy". They are Very Old. The frames are a heavy metal of some type and appear to be bronze or brass in color. The marking on the back of the frames reads "FR2" and then "BIS". I cannot find them in my research.
I bought them from an estate sale.
mmm.. I'm italian, but I really don't know what could this mean...where did you buy them?
