What to buy fish at this time and how to cook?

I read the whispers, the galinella (fish in Italy) ... I have eaten mussels I go crazy, and now .. Since we eat fish almost every day, and / or delicious meat here, now I wanted to take a nice fish or fish fillets to cook simple this time though. I'm not in the town house, but on holiday, holiday home in ... we (anyone) wants to put us there at the stove (the oven even here there is) only micro plates and gas.
