Learning Italian And Studying Art & Design In Milan
Scuola Leonardo Da Vinci is one of the leading schools in Italy recognized for its excellence in teaching Italian to foreign students. The Italian language school has a large variety of courses to choose from in its efforts to meet the individual goals and desires of all of prospective students.
Every year the school has thousands of individuals who come to learn Italian with the future plans of either entering the fashion world or some who just wish to broaden their horizons in Art and Fashion all together. So, the Italian language school created a special course called “Italian Plus Art & Design”, to give both types of students the experience that they’re looking for.
This course is for anyone who wishes to learn Italian, deepen their art studies, and have fun learning at the prestigious NABA: Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti di Milano (New Academy of Fine Arts of Milan).
The Italian Plus Art & Design Course is divided into 2 parts. The first part of the program is concentrated on giving students Italian language preparation and the second is focused on introducing a variety of art and design subjects.
The Italian language preparation can last from 4 to 24 weeks so students can build a good working knowledge of Italian in order for them to be able to comfortably follow and understand the university level lessons that will be given at the NABA academy.
The second part of the program will last for 12 to 14 weeks, which is considered one semester. During this time students will attend lessons at NABA academy by choosing subjects from one of the following areas: Visual Arts (Painting, Sculpture, Photography), Fashion Design, Graphic Design and Art Direction, Design (Interior, Exhibition, Product…).
Students of the past have really enjoyed this course because it combined the dynamics of Italian language, art and design all together, giving them a truly authentic Italian learning experience.
Next session of the Italian Language Course “Italian Plus Art & Design” Semester Courses for beginners will start on April 19th 2010.

How did the Religion influence artist's and sculptor's art during the Renaissance (In Italy)?
help!
Art in Italy at the time of ancient Rome was a tool of the state, and under the patronage of the Catholic Church Italian art almost exclusively dealt with religious subjects, renaissance art in Italy broadened the scope of art. Although much of the most famous renaissance art in Italy is of a religious theme, artists at this time started to focus more on the natural world around them and tried to reflect this in their art. Anatomy became of particular interest to many renaissance artists in Italy and it is believed that during this period art was able to reproduce the human form exactly as it is in real life.
