I need to know the name and artist of the famous painting that depicts two hands with the fingertips touching.

The painting is by an Italian artist, I believe Michelangelo but obviously I am not sure, and it is of two hands both in a horizontal position and the fingertips of both hands are touching one an another. THANKS IN ADVANCE
