Identify a fine china mark?

I have a white vase with 22K gold trim and accents, and on the bottom, it is marked with a crowned R encircled by a wreath. I believe the vase was made in East Germany. Any ideas of the manufacturer or any other information?
It is almost exactly like the one selling on e-bay, but the one on e-bay is not Rosenthal, and neither is mine, as far as I can tell. I don't expect it to fetch more than about $40, but I just want to make sure before I go and sell it.
