what kind of covered dish should i take to a potluck party?

try to keep it simple please .

These are SOOO good!

HASH BROWN HOT DISH
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
8 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream of potato (or celery or mushroom) soup
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
Parmesan cheese
Mix together first 5 ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole dish (I use 9x13" pan) and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 300 for 1-1/2 hours .......serves 8-12
