Beer establishment in the Oktoberfest?

This question is quite vague, but I will ask it anyway. On the fest grounds near the exit there is an establishment that sells beer soda and, if I am not mistaken, very large pretzels (the pretzels might have come from a different establishment or a roaming salesman). The beer was served in a wheat beer glass of .5 liters and I cannot remember the type since I am not a beer aficionado and I was inebriated. The establishment was set up several inches off of the ground by a wooden deck. It was mostly wood with miniature pavilions around the back and side where people could stand while eating. There was a good deal of evergreen branches as decoration and the colors of it were blue and white (The planters, fence posts, and paper they sold the pretzels on). If anyone knows what this establishment is or what the name of the beer they serve I would appreciate to know.

Sorry, I can't be much of a help, but the beer for the Oktoberfest is made for it exclusively. Only breweries that are located in munich may brew the beer and serve it at the Oktoberfest

Only these can be served. For what you said it's not the Hofbräu , Löwenbräu ( too big, not a small establishment).
Not sure about the other ones, but gotta be one of them.
