Creating Unique Wedding Candle Favors

When your grandparents married, the idea of creating unique wedding candle favors as a project may have crossed the bride's mind, but weddings were simpler, then. Where can I find information about Delft Blue Hand Painted bud vase?

I have searched and searched for about 2 hours straight trying to find a factory symbol similar to the one shown on the bottom of my vase with no luck. The information I have from the bottom is 5.3.No.80 Delft Blue Hand Painted Holland Above all this is a symbol but I cannot make out what it is supposed to be. I just want to find out if it's legit and when it was made. I plan to go to the book store to see if I can find any more information. I have looked at all the pictures of bud vases online through stores and ebay and could not find one even similar to mine.
